Now Base Metals Zambia is the Zambian arm of the joint venture, focused on acquiring, owning, and managing strategic mining assets in Zambia on behalf of the partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

Asset Acquisition & Ownership

Identifying and acquiring high-potential mining assets to be developed under the joint venture.

Exploration & Resource Development

Conducting geological assessments, exploration programs, and resource evaluations to establish viable mining operations.

Mine Development & Operations

Overseeing the establishment and efficient management of mining and mineral processing projects.

Regulatory Compliance & Government Liaison

Managing licensing, environmental approvals, and local regulatory requirements.

Community & Stakeholder Engagement

Leading community sensitization programs and ensuring responsible mining practices to foster local support.
