Now Base Metals USA serves as the investment arm and face of the joint venture in the United States, responsible for attracting and managing capital to advance strategic mineral projects in Southern Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
Investment Management
Securing and managing U.S. and international investments for mineral exploration, mining, and processing.
Capital Raising & Financial Structuring
Facilitating funding for large-scale mining projects through private equity, institutional investors, and capital markets.
Investor Relations & Strategic Partnerships
Engaging with stakeholders, financial institutions, and investment partners to drive project development.
Market Access & Business Expansion
Establishing a strong footprint in the U.S. market and promoting investment opportunities in Zambia and Southern Africa.
Compliance & Regulatory Alignment
Ensuring adherence to U.S. investment regulations and aligning projects with international mining and environmental standards.
