Cook & Company Capital Partners, represented by John Cook, brings extensive experience in finance, investments, and capital markets, providing the strategic financial backing needed to unlock value in the mining sector.
The joint venture is focused on leveraging U.S. investment opportunities to advance exploration, mining, and processing of gold, copper, cobalt, tantalite, tin, lithium, and other rare earth and base metals in Southern Africa. The initial focus is on acquiring and developing high-potential assets in Zambia, a key mining jurisdiction with vast untapped resources.
